Hello Mark Steere, and welcome to HexWiki! I hope there is room for Atoll here, and I think so, but be careful calling it "the" generalization of Hex and such. For one thing, there are many ways of generalizing Hex (Mind Ninja is another, for instance, since the set of ways a Hex game can play out is a subset of the ways a MN game can play out) and most importantly, it's not the way to win over Hex fans!

Welcome ! I agree with Vintermann. For instance, Y is another generalisation of Hex, and Y is not is sub-game of Atoll. Halladba 13:58, 30 January 2008 (CET)
